The reason is simply – speedier service. Any information shared in a phone call still needs to be written out for it to be acted upon. Our goal is to fulfill all orders as fast as possible. We strive to make sure every order is packaged and taken to the Post Office the same day they are paid for. We manage this about 90% of the time. Thanks in a big way to not having to deal with phones.
