Regional Shipments – British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
- One Day Delivery – Major Urban Areas
- 2 Business Days Delivery – Non-Major Urban Areas
- 5 Business Days Delivery – Remote Areas & Northern Regions
National Shipments – If you need us to ship to an address outside the provinces stated above your shipment will take a little longer to ship to you.

Same-Day Local Delivery (ONLY Metro Vancouver)
We now offer same day delivery to the Greater Vancouver area. To get same day delivery orders must be submitted before 1PM PST on regular business days or 11AM PST on weekends. Please understand that the strict deadlines are set by the delivery driver service, we appreciate your patience!

The Fine Print
Via Canada Post
- Bud Buddies ships across Canada using the Canada Post Xpresspost service.
- Orders are double vacuum sealed and impossible to puncture for smell tests.
- We are fast! Orders paid for by 11am EST on a business day will be delivered to the post office that same day. Orders paid for after 11am EST on a business day will be delivered to the post office the following business day.
- A business day is any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holiday.
- Postal confiscations are 1 in every thousand orders. Bud Buddies will replace your order free of charge if it gets confiscated by Canada Post. We will do this only once per customer.

- We are not responsible for delays in packages due to service disruptions at Canada Post due to extreme weather, labour strikes, acts of God, etc…
Same Day Delivery via Courier
- Please let us know the instructions on where we should leave the package. We do not meet with our clients or hand off.
- Cut off Times are 1PM PST on Weekdays and 11AM on weekends for same day delivery.
- Delivery times are between 1pm and 9pm. Same day deliveries are not available on Stat holidays.
- Houses – Please note in the special instructions when you complete the order, if you reside in a house. Orders will be dropped off via mail slots/mailboxes if the packages fit and the courier will ring your doorbell or knock on your door. If the packages are too large to fit in mail slots/mailboxes, the courier will leave it in a safe location and take a picture, we will then contact you through email to let you know where to find your order.
- Apartments/Condos with concierge – Please note in the special instructions when you complete your order, whether there is a concierge in your apartment/condo and any special drop-off instructions. Orders will be left with the concierge; the courier will take a picture of the drop-off to the concierge and we will then contact you through email to let you know where to find your order. NOTE – If you do not specify in the special instructions whether you have a concierge in your apartment/condo, the order will be treated as delivery to an apartment/condo without a concierge. - Apartments/Condos without a concierge – Please note in the special instructions when you complete your order that you do not have a concierge and where the package drop-off access is, the delivery driver service WILL NOT DO PACKAGE HAND-OFFS. If there are no special drop-off access instructions, then your delivery will be processed as a regular order and delivered via Canada Post. This is to ensure that your package is delivered to you successfully.
- Basement Suites – Please note in the special instructions when you complete your order, if you reside in a basement suite, special instructions to locate the suite if required and where you would like your package dropped off.
- Same day delivery is $18 and free for orders over $200. This is to help pay for our driver and transportation costs.
- Deliveries may be rescheduled due to inaccessible areas, extreme weather or acts of god. If that is the case we will contact you.
- Our same day delivery driver will not be doing hand-offs to clients. Orders will only be dropped off.
